These Terms of Service govern your use of BoldSpeak's website, mobile applications, and related services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BoldSpeak. If you are under 18, you must use the service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian and with any consent required by applicable law.

2. Service Description

BoldSpeak provides AI-assisted speaking practice, performance analysis, and feedback features. Content provided by BoldSpeak is informational only and is not legal, medical, mental-health, or other professional advice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Abusive, harmful, or unlawful behavior.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
  • Automated scraping, bulk extraction, or abuse of APIs.
  • Reverse engineering, tampering, or interfering with service integrity.
  • Fraud, impersonation, or deceptive activity.

4. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you submit, including recordings and text. You grant BoldSpeak a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and analyze that content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the service and to comply with legal obligations.

5. AI Output Limitations

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific context. You are responsible for evaluating and deciding whether to rely on any feedback or suggestions produced by the service.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

BoldSpeak offers auto-renewable subscription plans. Available plans, billing periods, and prices are shown in-app before purchase.

For App Store purchases: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase. If a free trial or promotional period is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, engage in fraud or abuse, or as otherwise required by law.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

BoldSpeak is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoldSpeak and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where BoldSpeak is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue details will be specified in the final commercial release terms.

12. Changes to These Terms
