• Voice and video submissions you choose to upload or record for speaking practice.
• Generated transcripts, scores, and feedback artifacts created during analysis sessions.
• Usage and device diagnostics, including app events, crash logs, browser/device type, and approximate technical location from IP address.

2. AI Processing Disclosure

BoldSpeak uses Google Gemini models to analyze your voice inputs and generate speaking feedback. This processing can include pronunciation, pacing, filler-word detection, and presentation quality insights.

3. Why We Process Data

We process personal data to deliver the service you request, improve product performance, protect platform security, detect abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Where required by law, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Processors

We work with service providers that process data on our behalf, including:

• Google Gemini (AI inference and feedback generation).
• Cloud storage and CDN providers (secure content delivery).
• Authentication and account services.
• Analytics and crash-reporting providers, if enabled.

5. Data Retention

We retain voice-analysis artifacts (for example recordings, transcripts, and generated feedback) for up to 90 days by default, unless a longer period is required for security investigations, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or to enforce our terms.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@boldspeak.app. You may also request account deletion. If your account is deleted, some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

7. Children and Minors

BoldSpeak is intended for users age 13 and older. If you are under 18, you should use the service with parent or guardian involvement, and where required, parental/guardian consent.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. When we transfer data internationally, we use reasonable safeguards designed to protect your information as required by applicable law.

9. Security Measures

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we continuously improve our controls.
